How can Allied help me?

Having a Direct Payment or Personal Budget is all about choice. Allied Healthcare offers a wide range of services to our Direct Payment customers. There are too many to list so if you don’t see exactly what you want, please call us and ask. We’ll do everything we can to help.

What will it cost?

Typically an hour of home–based care or support from a qualified and vetted professional costs between just £12 and £17 per hour but rates vary by region and the type of service you require. Please contact us for a tailored quote.

Some services incur a set-up fee, others are provided free of charge when you are a customer of ours, so call us now to find out more.

We'll provide you with one or more Personal Assistants, together with Support Staff in the event of holidays or sickness

Case Study

Dorothy has MS and has been using Direct Payments with Allied Healthcare since April 2007. Whilst she has a regular domiciliary care plan in place, she uses the flexibility of Direct Payments to give Peter, her husband and main carer, a regular break. Allied Healthcare carers come and stay with Dorothy for a few days at a time so that he can get a respite break. They also use this during the fishing season so that Peter can undertake his hobby, night fishing, knowing that his wife is in safe hands.
